Security Features

Security Straps- Each strap contains a pair of 1/16” flexible woven steel cables which are sewn into the entire length of each strap. The flexi-cables provide a knife proof barrier which thwart cut-and-run thieves.

Security Flap- On the inside of the flap is a zippered pocket which contains a swivel clip. Use the swivel clip to fasten the flap to the bag keeping the hands of sneak thieves out.
Zipper Locks- 3 different compartments, including the main compartment can be locked by attaching the swivel clips to the zipper pulls.

Security Flap
The flap covers the fr
ont of the organizational pocket. In the flap model, the inside of the flap has a zippered compartment. Inside the compartment is a swivel zipper lock which is used to lock the flap down to reduce unauthorized entry.

Organizer Pocket
The front organizer pouch is secured by a zippered crescent moon shaped flap.
The zippered opening is about 10 inches in total length (15 in large model); however this pouch is designed to hold larger items, while allowing access into the pouched organizational pockets and slots.
The organizational structure of the pouch includes the following:

- One pen holder. Holder is designed to hold one or two pens by their clip.
- One open slide pocket which measures 6 ¾ wide by 5 ¾ inches deep (8 x 6 in the large model). This pocket lies flat inside the pouch but can expand to almost 3 inches wide.
- One zippered compartment,5 inches wide by 4 inches deep (6 ½ by 4 inches in the large model). This pocket lies flat inside the pouch but can expand approximately 3 inches.
- Eight credit card size slots.

 Secondary Access Zippered Security Pocket
This is one solitary security pocket. The pocket contains no additional pouches or compartments. The pocket has an opening of 7 inches wide, 9 ½ deep, (9 ¾ by 12 inched deep in the large model) and can expand several inches in width, depending on the shapes of the items carried. It can easily expand from flat to 4 inches.
This zippered security pocket is also the location where the bag's two security FOBS are secured. The first Security Clip is designed to secure one or all three of the bag's outside zippered compartments. This security Zipper Clip is sewn into the insid
e of the secondary access zipper compartment. When used, this clip secures the zippers of the larger compartments from being accessed by pickpockets.
The secondary zipper pocket also has a secondary FOB which is 5 inches long. At the end of the FOB is a ½ round, metal “O” ring. This device is designed to hold a one or several keys, or the included ID wallet. This device is made so that you can quickly access your keys or wallets without having to constantly look for them due to items shifting around in the purse.
Main Zippered Security Pocket
The main zippered pocket is secured by attaching the zipper pull to the Security Zipper Clip, which is permanently attached on a flexible FOB. Utilizing this security feature secures the bag from unauthorized opening.
The main compartment measures 12 inches deep by 10 inches wide (15 inches by 12 inches in the large model). Empty, the pocket stands at approximately 2 inches deep, but can be easily expanded to approximately 6 or more inches, depending on the items carried.
- Inside the main pouch is a cell phone holder which keeps your cell phone from becoming lost within the pack. The cell phone holder is a small open pocket sewn into the side of the main compartment. The pocket is approximately 3 inches deep and 2 inches wide.
- One zippered compartment 7 ½ inch tall by 7 inch wide (12 inches tall by 8 inches wide in the large model). This compartment is sewn in the front inside wall of the main compartment. It is also flexible in width.
- One 7 ½ inch tall by 7 inch wide open/slide in compartment (10 inches by 10 inches in the large model). This compartment is sewn in the rear inside wall of the main compartment. It is also flexible in width.

Gusset Pockets
On both sides of the Convertible Security Purse are gusset pockets. They' can hold small water bottles or a pocket umbrella. The pockets are 6 inches deep and approximately 5 inches round (7 inches by 5 inches in the large model) with a Velcro flap.
Bottom Security Compartment
The bottom of the bag has a zippered compartment (great for snacks, toiletries, and other non-essentials). This compartment creates a buffer zone protecting the main compartment. If a cut-and-run thief were to cut a regular bag, they have access to its contents immediately. If a thief were to cut the bottom of this bag, the thief would only have access to this compartment, in which you would never put anything of value.
The zippered pocket runs the entire length of the bottom of the bag. It is 10 inches long (11 inches in the large), and can be expanded to approximately 3 inches tall. Due
to the bags design, this pocket naturally collapses, reducing the overall bulk of the bag.
"O" Ring Security Pocket
This zipped pocket is on the very bottom of the bag. It is where the two steel “O” rings are located (one in each corner). You use these to conver the bag from a security backpack to a security shoulder bag.

Rear Pouch
The rear of the bag has an open pouch which is the primary location where the bags convertible security straps are concealed with not in use. This open pouch can also be used to store other items.
Convertible Security Straps
The security straps of this bag are what makes it unique. The security strap system is integrated into one initial strap which is 1 ¾ inches wide and 28 inches long. The top of this strap is securely sewn into the top of the bag, just above the top of the rear pouch. At the bottom of the strap are two swivel security clips. These clips are attached to the metal “O” rings which are located inside the “Primary Bottom Security Compartment” The security straps are designed to be folded and stored in the rear pocket when not in use.
A unique design feature of the Convertible Security Straps makes it like no other. At first glance the strap looks like a single strap. Upon closer review, a zipper can be found in the middle of the strap. The zipper starts at the top of the strap and runs down the entire length. When unzipped, the single strap becomes two security straps, allowing the pack to be converted from a single strap shoulder bag to a two strap backpack. When the strap is fully unzipped, each of the two straps are secured to the two individual steel “O” rings in the “O ring security pocket”.

Each Convertible Security Shouldersafe includes a free Daymaker ID wallet, which color matches the shouldersafe bag. The wallet measures 5 " x 3 ½". The outside of the wallet has a clear window for quick presentation of your ID at airports or other locations. The ID Wallet has a open back pocket ideal for business cards or receipts. Inside the zippered compartment are two dividers used to separate the wallets contents. Also inside is a miniature compartment to hide a key or other small item. Security latch inside purse attaches to the included wallet.
