Deluxe 1-Quart Travel Zip-Top Bag with Bottles - Toiletry Kit for Carry On Bags and Luggage
TSA Compliant and Accepted
This TSA compliant toiletry kit makes it easy to pack your toiletries, in your carry-on and pass through the TSA check point.
All travelers who pass through airport screening must comply with the TSA “3-1-1 Rule” liquid carry-on regulations. The TSA rule requires all liquid carry-on items to be in bottles no larger than three ounces and to be all carried in a one, 1quart clear plastic bag.
Now with the Travelon Zip-Top Bag with Plastic Bottles tote, you have a checkpoint friendly and convenient option to comply with the TSA 3-1-1 rule, by allowing you to pack four quality bottles and two jars to carry the liquid essentials you may need on your trip.

Clear PVC Bag
The carry-on tote is entirely transparent, and made from clear PVC plastic with Microfiber trim, allowing its contents to be easily screened by any TSA employee. The outside of the bag is clearly marked “1 Quart / .95 Liter” allowing the TSA screener to see the bag is size compliant. Additionally, the bag features a convenient zipper opening, much better than the standard Ziploc baggie that is always hard to close and might tear, especially if the bag is full.
Bottle Size and Selection
Included in the tote are (5) TSA size compliant bottles:
Three 2 oz. reusable plastic bottles with screw top flip caps
Two .50 oz jars with screw top caps
TSA 3-1-1 Rule Explained
3-1-1 for Carry-Ons = 3.4 ounce bottle or less (by volume); 1 quart-sized, clear, plastic, zip-top bag; 1 bag per passenger placed in a screening bin. One-quart bag per person limits the total liquid volume each traveler can bring. 3.4 oz. container size is a security measure.
Consolidate. bottles into one bag and X-ray separately to speed screening.
Be prepared. Each time TSA searches a carry-on it slows down the line. Practicing 3-1-1 will ensure a faster and easier checkpoint experience.
3-1-1 is for short trips and carry-on. If in doubt, put your liquids in checked luggage.
Declare larger liquids. Medications, baby formula and food, and breast milk are allowed in reasonable quantities exceeding three ounces and are not required to be in the zip-top bag. Declare these items for inspection at the checkpoint.
Come early and be patient. Heavy travel volumes and the enhanced security process may mean longer lines at security checkpoints.
