This is the only waterproof iPhone/iTouch and electronic case that allows you to remove all air from the case so you have absolute contact with your device and its digital keyboard
Other less expensive waterproof cases force you to remove all of the air from the waterproof iPhone case before you seal it. While this may sound easy it isn't always easy to do. Using the case’s patented waterproof vacuum seal hand pump, all air is removed from the case.
On the side of the case is a small valve which is fitted to accommodate a small rubber bulb which acts as a reverse pump in order to remove all of the air inside the case when it is sealed closed. Once you remove the air with the included hand pump, all the soft parts of the case collapse around the watertight mechanisms.
In addition to the hand pump you can also remove the air from your device by using your mouth. Simply place your lips on the valve and evacuate the air until the case is completely sealed.
This creates a quick and efficient vacuum seal around the phone so the case becomes completely waterproof by removing the air from the sleeve. The air tight seal guarantees that the contents of the bag will stay dry even when submerged underwater.
A common failure in waterproof bags without this feature is that if air is in the bag, external pressure on the bag can cause the air to be forced out creating a compromise in the seal. This waterproof smart phone vacuum system is the only one of its kind and not offered by any other manufacturer.
Dry Case Waterproof iPhone Case Locking System
The DryCase Waterproof iPhone Case’s top is sealed by putting your iPhone in the case and twisting the two levers on the top of the bag.
Once this is done, you then use the included small squeeze hand vacuum hand pump to suck all of the air out of the case. When all of the air is out, you remove the hand pump and close the one-way valve. If you don't have the vacuum pump with you, you can suck the air out with your mouth.

How to use the DryCase Waterproof Smart Phone Case
Place your iPhone or similar larger sized smart phone into the waterproof case and lock down the clips at the top of the case to begin the sealing process.
Once the table is placed into the bag and the clips are locked down, use the included pump to remove the air. When removing the air, make sure the plastic case was flat to avoid unevenness on the screen. Once the air is removed, let the unit sit for ten minutes to ensure that the unit does not leak. This will be very visible since the bag has been vacuum sealed. Any air that enters the bag by a faulty seal will become very obvious by the bag inflating. This ability to test the bag’s waterproof capabilities in this manner cannot be down with other less expensive bags.

Frequently Asked Questions
Some smart phones are difficult to remove from the waterproof case due to slick backs of phones such as the iPhone – any recommendations?
This case is designed to keep water out, however, on some phone cases, the vinyl will stick to the phone, making it difficult to remove. To prevent this, place a piece of microfiber cloth (like that which comes with glasses) behind the phone to make it easier to get in and out.
What about phones with trackballs?
This case will work with phones with track balls, but some users recommend that you leave a little air in the case so you have better use of the trackball. This does not compromise the ability to keep the case waterproof.
What are the dimensions of the DryCASE? Will it fit my phone, camera or MP3?

What if my phone or camera gets wet? Will you replace it?
When used properly under the vacuum seal your device will remain completely dry. There are many ways for electronics to get wet and there is no way of knowing how anyone’s electronic device might have been damaged. Many of us have wet and broken devices from earlier accidents (this is why Dry Case was invented!) We cannot assume responsibility for wet devices otherwise people could send or return all their old electronics to us. Again under the vacuum seal your device will remain completely dry.
