The portable pistol safe is very compact. it is made so it can fit in tight quarters such as under a car seat. They can be locked to any fixed object such as a steering wheel or hotel room fixture. The main security feature that makes the portable pistol safe stand out from the others is its revolutionary high-tensile stainless steel cable core, which makes the safe slash, snatch, and tamper-proof.
Difference between the Travel Safe 100 and the Heavy-Duty Security Pistol Pack
The Security Pistol Pack is a heavy-duty version of the TravelSafe 100. The pack has a thicker steel security cable and locking device. The stainless steel security cable is 4mm in width.

The portable pistol safe is designed to protect handguns in a mobile environment - especially vehicles, hotel rooms, or other locations where you may have to leave your weapon unattended.
How the Pistol Safe Works:
Place your handgun inside the security pisto l pack. Cinch it tightly closed with the heavy-duty, stainless steel drawstring cable and lock.
Note the thickness of the steel security cable, along with high impact ABS locking system, which are stronger and larger than the TravelSafe. These
stronger additions were made to provide additional security for handguns and other valuables.
In order to keep someone for cutting the pack open and removing its contents, the Security Pistol Pack incorporates eXomesh™ - a revolutionary bag security system that fuses lightweight and flexible, high-tenacity 1.5 mm stainless steel cable mesh into a next-generation, nylon-canvas laminate.
This design makes the pack virtually slash proof with a conventional knife.
The Security Pistol Pack is designed to look like ordinary luggage which disappears into the background. Note these packs have a rubber “Beretta” logo stitched near the top of the bag.
If desired, the logo can be cut off to further reduce attention.

Cut-proof stainless-steel cable and polycarbonate locking device.
The pouch cinches closed with a stainless-steel cable and locks at the top with an impact-resistant polycarbonate locking device and hardened-shackle brass padlock. Wrap the cable around a stationary device to secure the bag.

When empty, the Heavy Duty Security Pistol Safe can be packed in your checked luggage, or carried on-board commercial aircraft in your carry-on bags (without the firearm of course).
