"I've used this footrest now on several occasions and it has been very helpful. First off it seems to be reasonably well made so I don't expect it to start leaking on me. Next, and most importantly, it has really helped me to sleep. I first used it domestically on the floor where it helped me to get into a comfortable enough position that I was able to sleep on my inflatable foot rest pillow (an excellent pillow for sleeping domestically, by the way).
More recently I used it in international business class where the seat already had a footrest but did not recline all the way.
