Orders placed prior to 12 noon PST ship the same day, orders placed after 12 noon PST ship the next business day.  Business day are Monday-Friday,excluding holidays.

Orders over $50 qualify for free ground shipping only within the US and will arrive within 6 business days

Select Free Priority Mail shipping as your method of shipping. Your order will arrive by Priority Mail or UPS Ground within 6 business days. Our warehouse will determine the best shipping method, you will be emailed tracking/shipping information.

Determine your exact shipping cost

To get the exact cost of shipping place the items you’re interested in your shopping cart. The bottom of the cart contains a shipping estimator. It calculates cost based on the weight of the items in your cart and your zip code. This will provide you an accurate cost for each of the shipping methods. You are not committed to purchase at this point.

Orders shipping to Canada

Orders shipping to Canada ship via the postal service and typically take 7-10 days to deliver.   Your order can be shipped via Fedex or UPS only if you supply an account number to ship via. Please call our office to place your order if you wish to use your Fedex or UPS account.  All shipping fees, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. To estimate shipping fees place the items you are interested in your shopping cart and follow the instructions for shipping estimator.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns--If you wish to return or exchange any product with which you are not 100% completely satisfied, please return the item(s) within 30 days. Ship the product back to the below address, and include a copy of your packing slip/sales receipt indicating the returned item. Returned product must have all original packaging and tags attached. Product must be unused and in a resalable condition to obtain a refund. Send returns to:

Exchanges-- Please place a new order for the desired product(s) and return the item(s) you do not want via the return procedure above.

Corporate Travel Safety is not responsible for lost packages, so we suggest that you add tracking to your return. Refunds will be made by refunding back to your original method of payment. Original shipping  charges, as well as the return shipping charges, are not refundable.
