Shipping is to US, Canadian and APO/FPO addresses only.

Same Day Shipping
Orders received prior to 12 noon PST will ship the same day. Orders received after 12 noon, will ship the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday.

Free Shipping to US Addresses Only
Orders over $50 are eligible for free ground shipping. You must select USPS as your ship method to receive free shipping. Even though you've selected USPS, your order may ship via UPS. If you select another ship method, posted rates will apply. Free shipping applies only to US destinations and can take up to six days.

UPS Ground Shipping
Delivery times depend on where you are located and can take up to 6 days in the continental US. Please check the below zone map for delivery times. Transit times do not include Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Delivery addresses must be a physical address, not a PO box.

UPS Express Shipping
Express shipping allows you to receive your items in a variety of expedited options.  UPS does not delivery to US postal boxes. You must use a physical address for all express orders. Express orders are shipped on business days, Monday-Friday and delivered on business days, Monday-Friday, please plan accordingly.

Priority Mail
Priority Mail delivers within 3-4 days depending on your location.

APO/FPO Shipping
We only ship to domestic or APO/FPO military addresses via US Postal Service "Priority Mail". You must select Priority Mail as your shipping method.

Canadian Duties, Import Fees and Taxes
All fees, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. The shipping method to Canada is via the postal service. Delivery will take 7-10 days. Postal shipping fees apply.

Shipping Destinations
Corporate Travel Safety only ships to destinations within the United States and Canada.

Acceptable Payment Methods
Shopping online is not only more convenient than shopping at the local crowded mall, it is also extremely safe and secure. Our credit card processing is done via a secure server using encryption technology. We do not store credit card information in our system. Accepted payment methods are MasterCard, VISA, Discover, American Express, and PayPal.

Sales Tax
Orders shipped to locations within California will be charged sales tax.

Out-of-Stock / Backordered Merchandise
Most products are usually in stock. Occasionally fast selling items may be out-of-stock. You will be notified of any out-of-stocks prior to your order shipping. If you request us to ship in-stock items immediately, we will do so and ship the backordered item when available. Backordered items are shipped to you at no additional charge.

Returns & Exchanges
Returns--If you wish to return or exchange any product with which you are not 100% completely satisfied, please return the item(s) within 30 days. Ship the product back to the below address, and include a copy of your packing slip/sales receipt indicating the returned item. Returned product must have all original packaging and tags attached. Product must be unused and in a resalable condition to obtain a refund. Send returns to:

Corporate Travel Safety is not responsible for lost packages, so we suggest that you add tracking to your return package. Refunds will be made by refunding back to your original method of payment. Original shipping and handling charges, as well as the return shipping charges, are not refundable.
