Slash Proof Security Shoulder Strap
The super fine slash proof security strap is designed to protect the bag's strap from being cut from behind or yanked from the bag. Brazen street thieves (mostly in foreign countries) target travelers' bags, knowing that they often contain items of value.
Typically street thieves stand behind someone with a regular purse and cut the bag's strap with scissors or small knife. Once the strap is cut and begins to fall from the shoulder, the thief grabs the purse and runs off. Another version of this theft is a thieve runs up from behind and yanks down on the purse, causing the strap to break.
To help prevent this, incorporated into the entire length of the shoulder strap is a pair of 1/16" slice resistant braided aircraft steel cables to prevent the shoulder strap from being cut or breaking if yanked.
The new and improved security shoulder strap offers both comfort and security. The shoulder strap is 1 inch wide and is fully adjustable from 43” up to an extra long 60 "so you can wear it comfortably cross body style (this is the safest way to carry a shoulder bag, especially in crowded places).
Zipper Security Clip
The Daymaker's Travel Security Guide Bag features dual zipper security clips. These zipper locks are made specifically to lock down the external zippers to protect your valuables from slick handed pickpockets and sneak thieves.
The bag's zipper locks are easy to use and will disrupt a pickpocket's access into any of the pockets when the zipper locks are secured.
The use of these zipper locks is optional, but highly recommended anytime you are in crowded locations where your valuables may require additional protection. Your choice lock one, two, or all three compartments.
The zipper lock is located inside the main zippered compartment and is used to secure both the main zipper and the zipper on the outside organizational pocket.

Organizational Features of Main Zippered Pocket
The interior of the Travel Security Guide Bag will hold a variety of items such as an iPad, small wind breaker jacket, medium sized guide books, cameras, and other r essentials. This compartment is 11 inches tall by 9 inches wide. Inside this main compartment are three additional sub- compartments listed below.
Inside the main pocket are two medium sized slide in pockets, each 7 inches tall by 5 inches wide. The main pocket can be secured with the zipper lock.
Interior Zippered Security Pocket
Within the main pocket is an interior zippered security pocket which is designed to hold your most valuable items - such as passports, cash, or other valuable items.
This over-sized zippered security pocket features a 9 inch wide opening, is 10 inches deep, and is sewn onto the back panel of the pocket (worn closest to the body for additional security). Rear View of iPad Security Bag
External Organizational Features of the Travel Security Guide Bag
Medium Size External Zippered Pocket (Front)
The pocket features a diagonal 8 inch wide opening, and is 10 inches deep - big enough to hold medium sized travel books. Located on the back side of the travel handbag, and near the top of the bag is a large size zippered security compartment.
Medium Organizational Pocket
To assist in your day to day organization activities is a second zippered pocket on the front of the guide bag.
This zippered pocket has a 4 card organization stack, larger open top slide pocket, as well as a pen holder. The pocket can be locked with the bag's external zipper lock clip in order to protect the pocket's contents from pickpockets.
Internal Key / Wallet Swivel Clip
Stop hunting for your keys. A metal carabiner swivel key clip on a 7" leash hold your keys so they can be quickly accessed.
Rear External Pockets
Large Size Open Slide-In Pocket
On the back side of the travel guide bag (side worn against the body), is a large open top 8" by 9" pocket. Within this pocket is an internal open top pocket. This pocket is 7 inches tall by 4 inches wide.
Side Water Bottle Pocket
On the side of the bag is a mesh pocket for a water bottle or umbrella.
Inside Lining
The material inside the compartments of the travel security guide bag features a light and reflective contrasting silver color to the rest of the interior. This makes it so much easier find what you need, especially in low light conditions.
