 The DuffelSafe 100 is the only anti theft duffel bag on the market which features the patented Pac-Safe eXomesh security system (built-in stainless steel mesh cage, which protects the bags contents from theft).   If you want to secure your gear in a hotel, vehicle, or change room, simply cinch the laminated eXomesh security system closed, then lock the heavy duty security cable around a secure fixture....that’s it.  This is the largest, security bag on the market today.

Security Features of the PacSafe DuffelSafe 100

The PacSafe DuffelSafe 100 is made from rip-resistant 840 ballistic nylon.  This is the same rugged material used by the military. 

Slice Proof Interlocking Exomesh Wire Construction

The DuffelSafe 100 features the exclusive PacSafe eXomesh interlocking security system. The eXomesh security system is a new revolution in bag security that uses a new technology.  The core of this system is a combination of lightweight, flexible, high tensile, 1.5 mm stainless steel cable.  This cable features a series of crimps that creates a slash-proof core protective cell with a “mean” cable strength of approximately 198kg. This photo shows the ballistic panel pulled back to expose the steel eXomesh security system. 

The core protective stainless steel system is fused with a rugged yet lightweight weather-proof next generation nylon laminate to provide added protection against the elements and keep personal items and valuables safe, secure and discretely out of sight.

PacSafe DuffelSafe 100 Strong Locking System

The locking system of the PacSafe DuffelSafe 100 features a metal reinforced, high tensile stainless steel draw-wire, reinforced with a high-impact resistant polycarbonate material - the same laminate used in bulletproof glass. 

When deployed and locked, the steel locking cable has a total length of 30 inches (76cm) which is available to be wrapped around a fixed object.  

This photo shows the hardened locking system.  The security cable locking nut (brass nut on steel cable) has been slid through the locking system which hold it in place. 

The other end of the steel cable has been wrapped around a secure object then brought back around to be secured to the locking system with the padlock.

 DuffelSafe100 Anti-Theft Features

•   The Duffel Safe 100 locks closed using the include 30mm brass padlock and patented locking device.  
• The locking cable which secures the DuffelSafe 100 to a secure device is a heavy duty, 4 mm high-tensile stainless steel cable (which zips neatly away when not in use).  The total length of the cable is 4.5 feet stretched, so when it is doubled back to the locking device, it would be half that size.  The security cable is plastic coated.
• Laminated between the inner and outer layers of the bag is the Pac-Safe patented, slash proof high-tensile stainless stee l mesh which keeps the bags contents secure.
