The Stuffsafe 80 Secures Valuables in Mobile Environments
The patented anti-theft PacSafe StuffSafe 80 combines an 80 liter waterproof stuff sack and a slash proof, snatch proof and tamperproof stainless steel wire mesh exterior.
Effectively encasing your possessions in a steel cage that can be locked closed and then locked to a secure fixture with an integral steel cable.
Regardless of your destination, the expandable StuffSafe 80 is perfect for protecting your valuable gear from theft and the weather.
It is ideal for stowing helmet, boots, gloves and leathers when camping or parking up, particularly on a hot day when you don’t want to walk around in your riding gear. It folds neatly into a small storage pouch and can be worn as a bum bag when not in use.

Stuffsafe 60 EXomesh Security Cage
The main security feature of the StuffSafe is the eXomesh security cage that surrounds the waterproof duffel bag.
Exomesh provides anti-theftsecurity
The eXomesh is constructed of high tensile, flexible stainless steel wire mesh, which surrounds the duffel bag like an envelope, protecting the bag’s contents from sly hands and quick slash and grab thieves.
Weather-proof
--Each of security cage cells are fastened together with unique stainless steel joining clips that are crimped together. The mesh is strong, flexible, light and weather-proof so you need not worry about corrosion.
Security cable and lock
The Snatch-Proof cable is 4 mm in diameter, and made from a high tensile stainless steel. The cable has a thick plastic coating to prevent it from scratching the item it will be secured to.
Once the top of the Stuff safe 80 is cinched closed, a full 39 inches of security cable is available to lock around a secure item. The end of the cable has a closed end loop which is used to pass the cable through so it can be passed back to the polycarbonate locking system.
StuffSafe 80 locking system
The key to locking the StuffSafe 80 is with the patented polycarbonate locking system. Best described as a “cinch tight” closing system, the top of the bag has a 4 mm high tensile security cable woven into the top of the eXomesh bag.
To close the top of the bag, simply cinch the top cable and lock it in place by using brass locking bead which keeps the bag closed.

-The security cable locks to a fixed item with the included solid brass, case hardened lock. Each lock comes with three keys.
Waterproof Stuff Sack
The waterproof stuff sack is a stand alone item which slides into the security cage.
The bag is made from a durable 600x600 Denier, nylo n and polyester blend material, which is rip and tear resistant. The entire bag is completely waterproof, as long as the top is properly secured.
Carry Roll Included When unfolded, the Stuff Safe 80 carry roll is 24 inches long by 13 ¾ inches wide. The inside of the roll has two mesh pockets. The first pocket (10 inches by 5 inches) is used to hold the included web carry strap. Rolled up, the carry roll looks like a tool roll.
The second pocket is used to hold the included brass lock, which also has a built in closed web loop to hold the shank of the lock from getting lost in the pocket.
The inside of the carry roll has storing instructions silk screened onto the inside panel so the instructions never get lost. Made of water resistant canvas nylon.
Waist or Shoulder Strap
The Pacsafe StuffSafe includes a separate webbing strap which can be used as a personal carrying device for the StuffSafe, or as a strap to secure the StuffSafe when it is being carried on a backpack, motorcycle, or other device. The strap is adjustable up to appx 70 inches long (6 feet) by 1 inch wide.
Used as a waist harness
To use as a waist harness carrying device, the web belt is simply passed thru the carry roll and then secured to your waist. The belt is locked into place with a 2 piece, high impact plastic, two-pong pressure buckle.
Used as a Holding Device
To use as a holding strap, simply use the web strap to secure the carry roll to your motorcycle, backpack, or other device which it is being carried or secured to when not in use.
