TSA Accepted Toiletry Kit for Carry On Bags and Luggage
Pack your toiletries, in your carry-on and pass through the TSA check point. This TSA compliant kit makes it easy!
All travelers who pass through airport screening must comply with the TSA “3-1-1 Rule” liquid carry-on regulations. The TSA rule requires all liquid carry-on items to be in bottles no larger than three ounces and carried in a one-quart clear plastic bag.
Now with the Travelon Zip-Top Bag with Plastic Bottles tote, you have a checkpoint friendly and convenient option to comply with the TSA 3-1-1 rule, by allowing you to pack four quality bottles and two jars to carry the liquid essentials you may need on your trip.
The Travelon Zip Top Bag with plastic bottles pack provides TSA compliant features:
Clear PVC Bag
The carry on tote is entirely transparent, and made from clear PVC, allowing its contents to be easily sc
reened by any TSA employee. The outside of the bag is clearly marked “1 Quart,” allowing the TSA screener to see the bag is size compliant. Additionally, the bag features a convenient zipper opening, way better than the standard Ziploc baggie that is always hard to close, especially if the bag is full.
Bottle Size and Selection
Included in the tote are (6) TSA size compliant bottles:
- Four 2 oz. reusable plastic bottles with screw top caps
- Two .75 oz (three quarter oz.) jars with screw top caps
Extra Spray Top
As a bonus, the tote includes (1) reusable stray top which can be used on any of the 2 oz. bottles
TSA 3-1-1 Rule Explained

3-1-1 for carry-ons = 3.4 ounce bottle or less (by volume) ; 1 quart-sized, clear, plastic, zip-top bag; 1 bag per passenger placed in screening bin. One-quart bag per person limits the total liquid volume each traveler can bring. 3.4 oz. container size is a security measure.
Consolidate bottles into one bag and X-ray separately to speed screening.
Be prepared Each time TSA searches a carry-on it slows down the line. Practicing 3-1-1 will ensure a faster and easier checkpoint experience.
3-1-1 is for short trips. If in doubt, put your liquids in checked luggage.
Declare larger liquids. Medications, baby formula and food, and breast milk are allowed in reasonable quantities exceeding three ounces and are not required to be in the zip-top bag. Declare these items for inspection at the checkpoint.
Come early and be patient. Heavy travel volumes and the enhanced security process may mean longer lines at security checkpoints.
