Industrial Grade Finish

Each Console Vault is finished in the factory with an industrial grade, high-quality powder coat finish that looks like paint, but  acts like armor.   For those who are unfamiliar with the powder coating, it is basically a dry finishing process used to apply paint to metal surfaces. The Console Vault is then placed into a curing oven and the covered with finely ground dry powder of colored pigment and resin. 

While inside the oven, the Console Vault is electro-statically charged, which causes the powder to melt and fuse into a solid coating on all of the vault's metal surfaces.  It is tough, looks great, and is scratch resistant.

How to Install the Ford Console Vault
 
Since the Console Vault is made to fit into the existing truck or SUV console, the installation involves removing using the existing factory console bolts.  To install, simply remove the  factory screws from the front area of the console.   Slide your new Console Vault into the existing console tub, and re-screw the bolts you removed originally.

Once your replace the screws, the Console Vault is now securely mounted to your vehicle’s metal body.  Below the factory plastic console tub, there is a steel mounting bracket with welded nut plates. These 2 screws (sometimes 4 depending on the vehicle)  attach through this mounting bracket, providing plenty of security. 

That’s it!  In 10 to 15 minutes you now have security for your valuables.

2001-2007 Toyota Sequoia Center Console Model 1008 This is the second generation of this popular product. The original model followed our standard design but there was a loss of space because the top opening of the factory console was small so we could only build a vault that could fit through the opening. The new version of this vault has panels that a ssemble inside the factory console and attach to the lid which provides complete use of the interior. Unique angles on the top lid assembly provide a perfect fit and fast easy access. The result is a secure, good looking storage space that is easy to install and available with the high security barrel key lock only.  The combination lock is not available in this model - sorry.  Note: the Tundra and the Sequoia share the same center console platform, which is why they have the same model numbers.

2005-2011 Toyota Tacoma Floor Console Vault Model 1012 Tacoma owners have talked this product up and made it a "must have accessory". The vault follows the bump out profile of the factory console to provide maximum storage space, the fit is so good that it actually improves the appearance and gives you peace of mind. Installation is straight forward using the factory attachment points, screws are included. The 1012 is available with a keyless lock or high security barrel key lock.

2007- 2011 Toyota Tundra Floor Console Vault Model No. 1013 07 to 2010 Tundra owners know that they have one of the largest factory consoles in the pickup industry; it will actually hold file folders upright.  Which is why the Tundra Console Vault was designed to utilize all of this space and provide a forward and rear trim to give it a tight fit with a professional appearance.
