Slash-proof Rear Strap

The number one security feature of this security belt is what's inside the rear strap - a feature not found on other security money pouches. Sewn under the "Soft to Touch" material, which covers the waist strap, are two flexible stainless steel cables. No other money belt has this security feature. 

The purpose of these cables is to thwart professional thieves and pickpockets  from slicing or tugging off your money belt. Some thieves are so adept at their skill that they can cut the rear strap of standard belts without a traveler’s knowledge. This steel wire feature protects against this.

Comfort Material

The wallet is made with 50 denier chess weave Dobby material, which is a ripstop nylon fabric. It was also designed to have smooth corners and seams. One of the most important comfort features of the CoverSafe is found on the back side (the side worn against the body).

A soft, breathable, honeycomb-like backing allows the material to breathe.  Any body moisture that that accumulates between the wallet and the skin will evaporate quickly, which is especially important in hot climates.

Under the honeycomb material is a layer of thin foam which offers additional comfort against the skin.

Storage Compartments

The Pacsafe Coversafe 100 Security Waist Wallet features two zippered security compartments.

Front Zippered Security Compartment

The first zippered security pocket is the smaller of the two. The zipper itself has a built in security feature so the zipper pull can be secured to the waist pouch by a security snap. This security waist pouch is designed to be worn under your clothes, however, if a thief were to get their hand under your clothes, they would have difficulty trying to unzip this security compartment without unsnapping the zipper snap, and no doubt you would notice that.

This security pocket is 7 inches long by 4 inches tall.  The inside of this pocket features a water - resistant material to help protect the pocket's contents from moisture.

Secondary Zipper Security Compartment

Behind the first security zippered compartment, is a slightly larger security compartment. When closed the zipper pull on this pocket is hidden and secured inside a special  concealment compartment, so only you can un-zip this pocket.

This compartment is 4.5 inches deep, by 10 inches long. This pocket is sized to hold items including currency, passports, visas, tickets, and other important documents. 

An additional organization feature inside this compartment  is a slide in credit card sized pocket.  This open top compartment can hold several credit cards or other similar sized items - including keys. It is 4 inches tall by 3 inches wide. 

Removable Water Resistant Pocket

The Pacsafe under clothing security waist wallet includes another unique feature not found on other security belts - a removable, water resistant, moisture-proof liner to provide additional protection for your valuable documents.  This removable pocket is 7 inches by 4 inches, large enough to hold all US passports.

This water resistant pocket is made of a clear, but flexible PVC vinyl material, so you can to quickly see what's inside.

This water resistant pocket features a re-closeable zip-lock type locking system.

Security Quick Release Concealed Buckle

The security waist belt's buckle also features a higher level of security than most other security money belts. The buckle of the strap is securely hidden in a security compartment.  

One side of the buckle is on an elastic security "pull system"  so you have to pull it out of its sleeve to buckle and unbuckle it. Once it is buckled it slides back inside the sleeve.This prevents anyone from gaining access to the buckle without your knowledge.You will not find this feature in any other security belt wallet.  Watch the video to see how this unique feature works. 

Security Waist Belt Adjustability

The belt adjusts to fit waists 28- 46 inches with Pacsafe's unique “Slide Lock.” This adjustment feature is made of high impact plastic which is covered in a very soft vinyl plastic.  The entire slide lock is soft and smooth so it won't cause undo rubbing against your skin.

ZipSafe™ Feature

The front of the security waist wallet has two zippered compartments.

These compartmentsare secured by the Pacsafe “ZipSafe™” security.

This tab secures both zipper pulls from being opened without your knowledge, or from unzipping naturally (allowing the contents to fall out) from strenuous activity like running for a train, ferry, or bus.
