How do I find the link for my downloadable product? 

  1. Click the My Downloads link at the top right of the site.
  2. Log in to your account.
  3. Click the View button for the download order you placed.
  4. Scroll down to the Download links section. Your download link will show there.

Do you have a catalog?

In order to keep costs down, we do not print or distribute catalogs. Our web site is constantly updated with new products, services and information, making any potential catalog quickly out of date. By focusing all of our efforts and resources on the web site, we can guarantee the best possible customer experience.


How do I place an order?

We try to make browsing for products and ordering as easy as possible. You may order any item online, by telephone, or by mail.


When will my order arrive?

Orders placed before noon (PST) on a business day (Mon- Fri) ship the same day. Orders placed after 12 noon (PST) ship the next business day. Delivery time is dependent on the delivery service selected. See our shipping information section for additional information.


How much does shipping cost?

You can view the shipping charges prior to paying for your order. Just put your selected items into the shopping cart and you will see a “Shipping Charge Estimator” window that will tell you exactly how much your shipping costs will be. How will you bill me?

If you are paying by credit card, all transactions are verified at the time of purchase. Your credit card bill will read "" as the billing merchant.


What is your pricing policy?

We do our best to offer the lowest prices we can by keeping our overhead low and working closely with our vendors. Usually, when we have a special price or sale on a certain product, it's because we've negotiated special, limited time pricing with our vendors. We do offer quantity discounts, please contact our office for more information.


Price Guarantee

If you find an identical product advertised elsewhere for a lower total price (product price plus shipping and handling fee) within 10 days of purchase, we will gladly match the total price and issue you a store credit, good for use on your next purchase, for the difference. Furthermore, if you purchase a product from us and we offer it at a lower price within 10 days of your order, let us know and we will be happy to give you a store credit for the difference.

You are eligible for a price-match credit if your request meets the following conditions:

Comparisons must include the product price plus shipping & handling charges when calculating the competitor's total advertised price.

Our Low Price Guarantee applies only to retailers that have the identical product in stock and the product is priced accurately.

Total price match requests must be submitted within ten (10) days from the date of purchase at Corporate Travel To obtain a price match, please submit the following:

  • Your full name;
  • Your order number;
  • Product Name and number as it appears on our site;
  • Our price as you already paid, including shipping;
  • Competitor’s price, including shipping, handling, and any other fees they charge;
  • Web link (URL) to competitor’s site/product (directly to product if possible).


What forms of payment do you accept?

You may pay with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or PayPal. All prices shown on Corporate Travel are quoted in U.S. dollars. If ordering via check, please make sure that the funds are drawn in U.S. dollars. We cannot accept any checks in foreign currency.


How can I place my order?

You have three ways that you can order your products from Corporate Travel

  1. Online- with credit card or Paypal 
  2. Phone us- we're happy to take your order via phone 
  3. Send your order to us via U.S. mail with a check (money orders not accepted) in U.S. dollars.


Returns & Exchanges

Returns--If you wish to return or exchange any product with which you are not 100% completely satisfied, please return the item(s) within 30 days. Ship the product back to the below address, and include a copy of your packing slip/sales receipt indicating the returned item. Returned product must have all original packaging and tags attached. Product must be unused and in a resalable condition to obtain a refund. Send returns to:

Please place a new order for the desired product(s) and return the item(s) you do not want via the return procedure above.

Corporate Travel Safety is not responsible for lost packages, so we suggest that you add tracking to your return your package when shipping to us. Refunds will be made by refunding back to your original method of payment once we have received the product. Original shipping and handling charges, as well as the return shipping charges, are not refundable.


Some of the buttons on the left side of the page are getting cut off. What's wrong with my browser?

There is nothing wrong with your browser. Your screen resolution is probably set too low to view everything properly. Try closing the Corporate Travel website, increasing the resolution by one setting higher, and then re-open We have tried to optimize the store for an 800 x 600 screen resolution, so if possible, try to run in this mode as a minimum.

To reset your screen resolution, go to "Settings" (on the Start navigation bar), and then go to "Control Panel", double click on "Display" (should have a monitor icon), which will open up a smaller window entitled "Display Properties". Then, go to the "Settings" tab on this window and find the area called "Screen Area". Here, you can move the dial to adjust the screen resolution.
