Shipping & Returns
Shipping to US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Great Britain & APO/FPO Addresses Only
Free Ground Shipping to Continental US Only.
Orders over $50 are eligible for free ground shipping either via UPS or USPS (our warehouse ships the most efficient way). Free shipping applies only to US continental destinations and can take up to six business days. If you select an expedited ship method, posted rates apply.
Same Day Shipping
Orders received prior to 12 pm PST will ship the same day. Orders received after 12 pm ship the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday. Orders received after 12 pm on Friday ship on Monday. Some items ship within 2-3 days and are noted accordingly.
UPS Ground Shipping
Delivery times depend on where you are located and can take up to 6 days in the continental US. Please check the below zone map for delivery times. Transit times do not include Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Delivery addresses must be a physical address, not a PO box.
UPS Express Shipping
Express shipping allows you to receive your items in a variety of expedited options. UPS does not delivery to US postal boxes. You must use a physical address for all express orders. Express orders are shipped on business days, Monday-Friday and delivered on business days, Monday-Friday, please plan accordingly.
Priority Mail typically delivers within 3-4 days, depending on your location, with the U.S.
We only ship to domestic or APO/FPO military addresses via US Postal Service "Priority Mail". You must select Priority Mail as your shipping method. The military controls delivery time.
Corporate Travel Safety only ships to the United States, Canada, Australia & New Zealand and the United Kingdom. All non-US orders may incur duty, tax and brokerage fees. Contact your local Customs Office for more information.
All government fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. The shipping method to Canada, Australia, New Zealand and the UK is via the postal service. Delivery typically takes 7-10 days, but can take longer. Postal shipping fees apply.
Shopping online is not only more convenient than shopping at the local crowded mall, it is also extremely safe and secure. Our credit card processing is done via a secure server using encryption technology. We do not store credit card information in our system. Accepted payment methods are MasterCard, VISA, Discover, American Express, and PayPal.
Orders shipped to locations within California will be charged sales tax.
Out-of-Stock / Backordered Merchandise
Most products are usually in stock. Occasionally fast selling items may be out-of-stock. You will be notified of any out-of-stocks prior to your order shipping. If you request us to ship in-stock items immediately, we will do so and ship the back ordered item when available. Backordered items are shipped to you at no additional charge.
Returns & Exchanges
Console Vault Returns -- contact us for return shipping address prior to returning your vehicle vault. Do not send to the below address.
All Other Returns --please see below.
Returns--If you wish to return or exchange any product with which you are not 100% completely satisfied, please return the item(s) within 60 days. Ship the product back to the below address, and include a copy of your packing slip/sales receipt indicating the returned item. Returned product must have all original packaging and tags attached. Product must be unused and in a resalable condition to obtain a refund. Send returns to:

Exchanges-- Please place a new order for the desired product(s) and return the item(s) you do not want via the return procedure above.
Corporate Travel Safety is not responsible for lost packages, so we suggest that you add tracking to your return package. Refunds will be made by refunding back to your original method of payment. This is usually done within 3 days of receipt of the return. Your bank may take an additional couple of days to post the return to your account. Original shipping and handling charges, as well as the return shipping charges, are not refundable.
