The TravelSafe 20L, ( 20L capacity) is a lightweight and roomy portable safe for your valuables. It is the larger than the TravelSafe 12L or TravelSafe 100.
The concept and use of the TravelSafe 20L is straightforward - you lock it closed, protecting your valuables, and then lock it to a secure fixture so it can't be stolen – it does not get any easier than that.
The most common use of the TravelSafe 20L is to lock up laptops or other valuables inside vehicles and hotel rooms that many times provide very questionable security.
Think how safe your laptop or important work files are when they are left in the trunk of a parked car.
A simple 3 second punch of a trunk lock exposes your valuables to be taken from your in a matter of seconds.
Use the TravelSafe 20L inside your existing daypack or carry-bag

Slice Proof Interlocking Exomesh Wire Mesh Construction
This TravelSafe 20L portable safe features the exclusive PacSafe eXomesh interlocking security system. The eXomesh security system is a new revolution in bag security.
eXomesh technology uses a combination of lightweight, flexible, high tensile 1.5 mm stainless steel cable that is crimped together to create a slash-proof core protective mesh. The photobelow right shows the ballistic panel pulled back to expose the steel eXomesh security system.
The core protective stainless steel system is fused with a rugged yet lightweight weather-proof next generation nylon laminate to provide added protection against the elements and keeps personal items and valuables safe, secure and discretely out of sight.
PacSafe Travelsafe 20L Locking System
The locking system of the TravelSafe 20L mobile safe features a metal reinforced, high tensile stainless steel draw-wire, reinforced with a high-impact resistant polycarbonate material - the same laminate use d in bulletproof glass.
This photo shows the locking system. The security cable locking nut (brass nut on steel cable) has been slid through the locking system which hold it in place.
When deployed and locked, the draw-wire has a total length of 30 inches (76cm) which is available to be wrapped around a fixed object.
The other end of the steel cable has been wrapped around a secure object then brought back around to be secured to the locking system with the padlock.
This locking system of the Travelsafe 20L protable safe makes entry to the top of the bag virtually impossible, while allowing the bag to also be secured to immovable objects. Each TravelSafe 20L includes a hardened shackle brass padlock with three keys.
Rugged and Durable Material
The TravelSafe 20L is made fromultra-durable400D nylon material. This material was selected due to its durability and lightweight. This material is also water resistant.
Inside the TravelSafe 20L
Inside the TravelSafe 20L portable safe is simply one large inner compartment, made that way to fit the items of your choice.
The inside of the bag is finished with a light reflective, tan nylon material. This material was chosen to assist you in locating a small item that would be difficult to see with a dark interior.

Easy to pack, the bag if can be rolled up for packing in luggage or carry-on bag when not in use. Compacted, the bag rolls into a tube 4 inches tall by 14 inches long, or lay the bag flat.

The TravelSafe 20L is the largest of the TravelSafe line. It has been measured to hold 20 liters, or 1220 cubic inches. In more realistic terms, the TraveSafe 20L will hold items 16 inches tall, 12 inches wide, and 8 inches deep. The safe can hold deeper items when the bag is flexed.

Laptop Security
Many people take the security of their laptops for granted, even while they are very aware that laptops are very popular with thieves.
The TravelSafe 20L mobile safe is ideal for laptop protection and will fit most laptops up to 15 ½ inches in size. There is no laptop sleeve included with the TravelSafe 20L, however there is one with the PacSafe InnerSafe, which is very similar.
Legal and Confidential Documents
Have you ever had to carry important documents that you were trusted to protect? How were they carried when traveling? Did you simply leave them in a briefcase or file inside your hotel room or car, thinking no one would take them? The TravelSafe 20L is the solution and is used by many law firms, both private and Government, to safeguard important court and company documents that are taken outside of the office.
The wide opening of the TravelSafe 20L portable safe allows for the transportation of many documents, case files, or other confidential, proprietary, or classified documents. What about airport x-ray screening and the TravelSafe 20L?
The TravelSafe line has traveled extensively in the US and all over the world without even a raised eyebrow. Occasionally, you will get asked what it is when they look at it in the x-ray machine by baggage screeners, but there is no issue with the stainless steel wire. We suggest that you keep it unlocked until you pass through the x-ra y in case there is something else inside they wish to inspect, this will save you the hassle of unlocking it if required.
